Corus is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and participate in international projects.
Location: Barcelona, hybrid (one day in the office)
Your main responsibilities will involve:
Analyze ECM business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution specifications
Stakeholder management and interaction with key users to understand business needs
Support and lead the implementation of new initiatives and projects related to content management
Develop and support content management solutions and workflows using ECM tools
Perform impact analysis of application and data source changes, holding an end-to-end view of the system
Continuously improve existing ECM processes and services
Provide end-user support/training for global content management needs
Ensure compliance, governance, and data quality related to content management
Your Skills and Experience required:
~3 years of relevant work experience in content management or related fields.
~ Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
~ Good knowledge of content management systems and processes.
~ Business Analyst skills (e.g. analytical skills, requirement gathering & engineering).
~ Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
~ Relevant working experience in IT content management is a big plus.
~ Valuable previous experience or knowledge with ECM tools (e.g. FileNet, SharePoint, OpenText, Documentum).
~ Experience or knowledge with workflow automation and document management systems as a plus.
