The role focuses on locating, organizing, and reviewing historical employee records across multiple regions to ensure accuracy and compliance. This position requires strong organizational skills, independence, and persistence, especially when working with archived or hard-to-access records.
Support may involve both physical file retrieval and digital file review. Key Responsibilities Retrieve employee records from physical archives and digital systems Review files for accuracy and completeness as per project guidelines Maintain logs, track progress, and document findings Coordinate with regional HR teams and procurement partners Identify missing or incomplete records and escalate issues when required Required Qualifications Experience in HR administration, records management, or similar roles Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Comfortable handling confidential information and data privacy standards Exposure to general HR processes is an advantage Challenges & Expectations Handling large volumes of historical employee files Working with physical archives stored in various locations Investigating incomplete or misfiled records Meeting tight, deadline-driven timelines Collaborating across multiple countries and time zones
