The New Developments Consultant is a key role within the New Developments team but also the overall Commercial team in Barcelona. The main focus for this role is to be, on one hand actively involved in the management of the assigned ND projects and drive and maintain the relationship with the developers and on the other hand assist the sales agents in the transactional aspect of a deal involving ND product.

Main Responsibilities
* Ongoing communication and follow-up with the developers (reporting, offers, negotiation, closing)
* Maintain and update all the information related to the projects (SharePoint, Salesforce, Synology, etc.)
* Ensure that the marketing of the projects is aligned (correct published content, web visibility, portals, etc.)
* Follow-up with the sales teams on any changes and relevant information.
Support the ND manager in the preparation of sales pitches and presentations to developers that will involve various tasks such as:
* Market research
* Buying client research
* Pulling reports and statistics, either from our internal database or external resources.
* Building financial projections and analyse price options.
* Development of marketing plans and follow-up.
* Pulling together any necessary documentation
* Assist and/or deliver presentations for external audience (developers, investors, clients) but also for internal teams also (commercial teams, management).
* Be an integral part of the sales cycle of ND units by providing guidance and support to the sales agents in order to be able to close deals.
* Join and assist sales agents with presentations when dealing with selling off plan.
* Detect and list new builds/renovation projects in the key areas with the objective to expand our portfolio of residential properties.
* Develop and create a network of contacts with developers and construction companies in order to increase the potential of listing product.
* Participate in the launch of new projects by assisting with: project description, pro's and con's, floor plans, pricing, marketing and sales strategy, training and support to commercial teams.
* Invest time in growing knowledge with regards to local and international markets, trends, changes, anything that could be of use in the ND team strategy and activity.

* Previous experience in the real estate sector for a minimum of 1 year.
* Deep knowledge of the Barcelona city Real Estate Market.
* Good analytical skills and strategy mindset are a must.
* Good knowledge of Real Estate legal and financial processes are desirable.
* Excellent organizational skills and goal-oriented person.
* Excellent communication skills and highly motivated and driven.
* Good management of CRM and Excel are desirable.
* Bilingual Spanish and English are required.
