British American Tobacco Iberia has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Representative in Madrid.
Responsibilities:
1. Execute all brand & trade cycle plan activities with excellence to drive SOM growth, IMS volume, and brand activations in outlets to influence consumers' moments of truth.
2. Establish close engagement with retailers and staff to gain trade support and loyalty for BAT brands.
3. Manage information accurately and maintain updated outlet databases.
4. Execute the Trade Coverage Plan (TCP), ensuring coverage and call frequency align with the cycle plan and guidelines.
5. Identify opportunities and develop plans across all sales channels in the area.
6. Engage with key business partners to enhance trade support and understanding of the trading environment.
7. Monitor competitors' activations and NPIs, assess their impact, and recommend actions.
8. Complete internal reports related to expenses and resource usage following BAT procedures.
9. Maintain updated information records in company systems and connect daily to transfer and retrieve data.
10. Own and be accountable for resource allocation to maximize SOM growth.
11. Comply with environmental, safety, and internal standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
* Approximately 1-2 years of experience in trade marketing or sales within FMCG.
* Functional knowledge of trade strategies and cross-market understanding.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows).
* Strong managerial, interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
* Results-oriented with critical and analytical thinking.
* University degree.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
