As our Account Strategist in Barcelona, you will play a vital role in the ongoing expansion of our business worldwide. You will work with a fantastic international team and be rewarded for excellence.

2. Manage various types of clients, providing strategic account management to medium-sized advertisers and media agencies.
3. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients at all levels, from CMO to Traffic Manager.
4. Advise on clients' digital strategies and educate advertisers on Criteo's technology across channels and devices.
5. Pursue both individual and team goals.
6. Analyze complex performance data to advise your partners, optimize accounts for better performance, and identify growth opportunities.
7. Use market knowledge to support long-term client development.
8. Develop win/win strategies to grow your portfolio, exploiting multiscreen solutions, and promoting innovative cross-channel perspectives.
9. Act as a consultant to create successful campaigns aligned with clients' strategic objectives.
Who You Are:
1. Excellent phone-based sales experience and client-facing relationship skills.
2. Proven sales and client service track record, ideally in a tech-related field.
3. Experience in the full sales cycle, from discovery to prospecting to closing.
4. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills across all levels.
5. Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
6. Ability to work and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
7. Passionate about new media, internet trends, and continual learning.
8. Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
