Responsibilities
- Responsible to achieve agreed SFD, stock levels and CSL, monitors ICSL, SSL for the defined portfolio.
- Continuously reviews the Sales / Production forecast of defined portfolio of a country or a group of countries on short, mid and long term, in quantity and value.
- Orders items from production sites, suppliers and co-packers, and follows up deliveries in order to fulfil the sales / production plan in timing and quantities
- Communicates, manages and solves vigente and potential supply issues.
- Maintains and periodically reviews planning master data in SAP and IPB to implement adequate forecasting model, replenishment and stock strategies.
- Coordinates co-packing activities with main focus on availability, saving costs, production schedule and raw material replenishment.
- Ensures the sales forecast input from other department is on time and accurate (promotions, launches, delisting) and prepare s data for the bi-monthly reviews.
- C ontinuously improve s operational efficiency (process improvements, new SCM solutions, support to central tenders ).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Demand Planning role within a Consumer Goods or B2B environment
- Advanced Excel skills;
experience with SAP, IBP, and Business Intelligence tools is a strong plus
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills, comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
