Job Description
A global leader in medical technology is seeking a dynamic and versatile
Marketing Manager
to spearhead its marketing efforts in Italy. This is a unique opportunity to be the
first marketing hire in Europe, working closely with regional sales teams, training centers in Germany and Spain, and a robust digital marketing engine based in India.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead planning and execution of local events, conferences, and congressesManage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinical stakeholdersLocalize global marketing strategies, campaigns, and materials for the Italian marketCollaborate with the HQ digital marketing team (50+ professionals) to align messaging across digital, social, and print channelsAct as the marketing point of contact for Italy, supporting sales and clinical teams with tailored content and engagement strategiesProvide market insights and feedback to global teams to refine positioning and product messaging
Candidate Profile:Strong experience in Marketing for TAVI & Cardio products for the Italian marketMust have experience with localisation of Marketing strategies for italian market, conferences & events
