This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Valladolid, Spain, with occasional travel to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What You Will Do
- Lead process design and simulation activities for aluminum casting and core making, ensuring robust industrialization of new parts.
- Develop and validate process designs using advanced CAD/CAO and simulation tools (CATIA, MAGMA, 3DExperience).
- Create and maintain digital models for LPDC, GDC, and sand core processes.
- Perform feasibility studies and virtual trials to optimize process parameters and improve quality.
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to apply design‑for‑manufacturing principles.
- Define and deploy global standards, best practices, and methodologies for process design and simulation.
- Support global projects with technical documentation and simulation reports.
- Drive continuous improvement by capitalizing on lessons learned and innovative solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- A proven track record in process design and simulation for casting technologies and CAD/CAO methodologies.
- A university degree in Mechanical, Materials, or Industrial Engineering.
- Excellent skills in CAD/CAO tools (CATIA V6, MAGMA) and interpreting simulation results to propose corrective actions.
- Strong competencies in project management and cross‑functional collaboration, with a proactive and structured approach.
- Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; French will be valued.
