Yourmainmission willbetocollaborateandcontributetoprojectmanagementandtheplanning,production, andexecutionofeventsdevelopedwithinEDADrinks&WineCampus.
Ourmainareasofworkfocuson:
Management andsupporttothe Management Team:
Preparedocumentation,presentations, andmanagementreports.
FollowuponEDAprojectsandstrategicinitiatives.
Coordinatemeetingswithinternalandexternalstakeholders(wineries,institutions,orotheragents).
Supporttheadministrative andoperationalmanagementoftheEDAproject.
Co-designeachEDAevent.
Plantheneedsandresourcesofeachevent,ensuringqualityprocesses.
Executeand superviseeventproduction.
Coordinatedifferentteamsandsuppliers.
Documentthefinancialclosureofeachevent.
Evaluateclientsatisfaction.
RequirementsDoyouidentifywiththefollowingcharacteristics?
Youhave a Bachelor ́s Degree inGastronomy,Tourism,EventManagement, BusinessAdministration,ora similarfield.
Youhaveexperienceinprojectmanagementand/oreventproduction.
Youhaveorganizational,planning, and multitaskingskills.
Youpossesscommunicationandcoordinationskillswithdifferentteams.
Youare proactive andresults-oriented.
Itwillmakeadifferenceif:
YouarecomfortableinteractinginSpanish,Basque, and English (C1).
Youhaveexperienceorinterestinthewineandbeveragesector.
Youhaveworkedinacademic,research,orinnovationcenterenvironment
Youhaveexperiencemanagingeventsininternationaland multiculturalsettings.
Youhaveknowledgeofprojectmanagement.
