The Hoxton Poblenou in the city of Barcelona is our 11thHoxton. The hotel boasts 240 bedrooms ofdifferent sizes, a large restaurant Four Corners with The Slice shop and La Bodega, a rooftop pool and our taqueria Tope, a bright and airy lobby, a multi-functional basement events space and The Apartment (our unique meetings & events concept).

Reporting to theDirector of Sales,you willbe responsible fordriving Corporate, Individuals, Group and M&E business into The Hoxton, Poblenou in Barcelona.

Job Description
Whatyou'lldo...
* Achieve sales budget and increase sales by driving more business to all segments of the hotel (rooms, M&E, R&B...).
* Prepare and execute creative sales strategies to maximise our revenues.
* Work with our Director of Sales on sales activities.
* Manage and mentor more junior members of the team.
* Generate new business through market research.
* Represent The Hoxton at industry networking events and Sales Trips and organise on-site client entertainment, show rounds and familiarization visits.
* Work towards personal Corporate, Group and M&E revenue goals and KPOs.
* Cross-sell The Hoxton and Ennismore properties globally to maximise revenue opportunities.
Qualifications

* At least 2 years' experience in Barcelona Hotel sales who can make a quick impact in our team.

* Experience using a PMS (i.e.OPERA, DELPHI, etc.) would be an advantage.
* Must be fluent in Spanish and English,additionallanguages will be highly valuable.
