Main Mission
The AI Sales specialist is the expert of a specific offer, product, or service portfolio. He/she supports sales teams, helps customers understand complex solutions, and contributes to revenue growth through expert advisory. The role combines deep technical understanding of Cloud and AI technologies with commercial acumen and consultative selling skills.
This position is about creating value for customers through innovation, helping organisations unlock new possibilities by integrating AI into their cloud strategies, and ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Development
* Identify and pursue AI-driven cloud opportunities within existing and new accounts.
* Contribute to the account plan with Account Managers
* Prospect and support customers on projects related to their area of expertise
* Promote innovative SCC offers
Sales Cycle Support
* Create and deliver proposals, bids, and contracts for AI-integrated offerings;
negotiate and close deals.
* Manage the full sales cycle and pipeline, including forecasting and reporting.Collaborate with Account Directors and Managers to target accounts with AI-enhanced propositions.
* Take part in complex negotiations
* Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.
* Contribute to RFP responses
Product / Solution / Partner Referent
* Deliver AI demos, presentations, and internal/customer training
* Act as technical and commercial reference for generalist sales teams
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving best practices in the field
* Partner with MSPs and vendors to deliver end-to-end AI-powered cloud solutions.
Market Analysis & Monitoring
* Monitor innovation in their area of expertise
* Analyse customer needs, market trends, and competition
* Share field insights to improve the offer
Required Experience & SkillsSkills
* Strong background in cloud sales with knowledge of AI technologies and their application.
* Mastery of complex sales cycles
* Ability to translate customer needs into relevant solutions
* CRM knowledge
* Technological environmental knowledge
* Strong understanding of the offer
Language
* Fluent English required
* French welcomed
Candidate Profile
* 2 to 5 years of experience in IT solution sales, presales, or business development
* Proven track record in AI and cloud services sales. xhfqzwm
* Familiarity with managed services incorporating AI-driven automation and analytics.
* Experience with vendors / partners
Working Conditions
