We are seeking a Bioprocess Engineer or Scientist with a background in life sciences to support reagent manufacturing through process development, optimization, and scale-up. The role involves collaboration with R&D and production teams, process validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
1. Design, optimize, standardize, implement, and validate production processes.
2. Collaborate with R&D to develop and transfer production processes for new products.
3. Maintain quality documentation related to production and products.
4. Drive continuous improvement for robustness and cost-efficiency.
5. Coordinate with production to ensure proper process scaling.
6. Analyze deviations and implement corrective actions.
7. Participate in product development phases as needed.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s in Science, Biotechnology, or related fields.
* Knowledge in scientific-technical areas related to bioprocessing.
* Experience in regulated environments and quality systems is advantageous.
* Experience with emulsion production and stability is valued.
* Organizational, analytical, and communication skills in English.
