Supply Advanced Planning System owner
MRP and Production planning referent
Production scheduling referent
Best practices and training referent
Masterdata management and Quality metrics
Organize and animate Supply planning community
Supply planning documentation and toolkit
Define and build with Analytics team the KPI and dashboard for your processes
About You
Excellent technical skills including advanced Excel, scheduling software and SAP IBP (Supply) (or other Supply planning APS with Optimizer)
Business and result oriented
Positive mindset
Able to adapt to different user adoption situations and keep deliverables as a must target
Responsibilities
Responsible for MRP and production planning performance and support TECH team for incident resolution; responsible for defining and driving automation journey
Process owner of Scheduling, MPS and MRP; checks user and process adoption with metrics
Control and improve MRP and production Master Data quality
Build KPIs and dashboards for the scope with support of Data & Analytics team
Animate Supply community (users); monitor plant performance through Bacardi Operating System best practices (BOS)
Strong backup for the SNP planning lead (IBP optimizer)
Document process and trainings
Skills
Excellent technical skills with SAP APO / IBP / ECC (preferred) or other Supply planning APS; advanced in Excel and Power BI
Systems and Digital tools proficiency
Global Supply Chain business awareness
Process improvement and lean expertise
Cross‑functional team coordination (project management)
