What are we looking for?
We are seeking a Team Lead for an international team based in our Barcelona offices .
Your day-to-day will focus on:
* Inspire, support, and guide the team.
* Support team members' professional development through regular feedback, periodic evaluations, coaching, and ongoing support.
* Proactively identify potential obstacles and design strategies to overcome them.
* Ensure on-time delivery and maintain quality standards.
* Maintain clear and effective communication with the clien t.
We'd love to meet you if:
* You are a fluent English speaker (B2 minimum)
* You have 3 years of experience as a Team Lead
* Experience working on international teams
