We are looking for a service-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our sales team.
This is a farmer role focused on nurturing existing customers, ensuring they receive consistent support, and growing alongside them.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop an existing portfolio of high-level clients (Wind farm developers & OEMs).
- Proactively understand customer needs to provide high-quality support.
- Identify business expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Coordinate internal resources to deliver timely solutions and follow up on ongoing projects.
- Support import/export operations and maintain accurate activity records (CRM).

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Up to 2–3 years in sales or account management.
Experience in the wind power industry is a strong plus.
- Languages: Fluency in English (C1 level) is mandatory.
Additional languages are a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, resilience, and a commitment to high-quality service.
- Availability: Willingness to travel to visit European clients, international exhibitions, and Chinese partners.
