Why This Role Matters
This role sits at the core of our asset management function in Spain, with direct responsibility for the performance, strategy and optimization of a regional portfolio.
You will play a key role in driving value across assets through hands-on management, commercial negotiations and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
This is not a purely reporting role — it is a highly operational and strategic position with real ownership and impact on portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio & Asset Management
- Take ownership of a portfolio of assets within Spain, ensuring performance, value creation and long-term optimization.
- Define and execute asset strategies aligned with broader regional and integral objectives.
- Monitor portfolio performance, identifying risks and opportunities to enhance returns.
Leasing & Tenant Management
- Manage relationships with tenants and site providers, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Lead lease negotiations, renewals and extensions to optimize revenue and occupancy.
- Support commercial initiatives such as site expansion, revenue share agreements and contract renegotiations.
Financial & Operational Oversight
- Oversee financial performance of assets, including budgeting, tracking and reporting.
- Ensure accuracy of billing, payments and contractual data in coordination with internal teams.
- Monitor key contractual milestones, including expiries and renewal timelines.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the main point of contact for landlords, partners and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (legal, finance, operations) to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
- Support junior team members and contribute to overall team performance.
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Experience in real estate asset management, property management or portfolio management.
- Strong exposure to leasing, tenant negotiations and contract management.
- Experience managing or supporting real estate portfolios with a commercial focus.
- Solid understanding of financial performance, budgeting and asset optimization.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
Preferred
- Experience in telecom or infrastructure-related real estate assets.
- Experience within established real estate advisory, property management or investment platforms.
- Exposure to multi-asset portfolios (logistics, offices, retail, infrastructure).
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with a high level of ownership.
