Job Description
Lead and oversee the HR strategy for several properties within the region, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
Act as a strategic partner to the Executive Committee, providing insights, recommendations, and data-driven HR solutions.
Build strong relationships with General Managers and leadership teams, offering guidance and support on all HR matters.
Drive talent acquisition, retention, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
Strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement within a service-oriented, high-performance environment.
Manage labor relations, legal compliance, and workforce planning across all properties.
Implement HR policies, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
Lead HR teams across the portfolio, promoting a supportive, empowering, and people-focused leadership style.
The Successful Applicant
10+ years of HR leadership experience in multi-property or multi-site environments, ideally within the hospitality sector.
Proven strategic thinking with the ability to balance high-level vision and hands-on execution.
Strong interpersonal skills and credibility to effectively collaborate with senior leadership and the Executive Committee.
Demonstrated track record in talent development, organizational transformation, and leadership coaching.
Excellent communication skills; high level of emotional intelligence and relationship-building ability.
Solid knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR best practices.
Fluent Spanish and strong English required.
Based in or willing to relocate to Andalusia.
