What you will do in this role:
1. Build, motivate and mentor a high-functioning inside sales team to lead and drive sales conversations.
2. Lead and coach team members through strong call coaching of their customer sales calls.
3. Lead team to meet and exceed team targets and document coaching outcomes and agreed next actions.
4. Accurately assess risk and identify exceptional performance plans.
5. Drive operational excellence of key center metrics including response rates, conversions, pipeline, velocity, and accuracy.
6. Have meaningful career development discussions and ensure all employees have a development plan in place focused on building capability for current and future roles.
7. Assess team capability and build talent pipelines where needed.
8. Design and set productivity and sales targets/quota in line with market trends.

This job is a great match if you:
1. Are native or proficient in English + any of the following languages: Italian / Norwegian / Swedish / Danish.
2. Have 5+ years of sales or business development experience.
3. Have 3+ years of team management experience.
4. Hold a Bachelor's Degree or Associate's degree.
5. Possess strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Exhibit superior leadership skills with the ability to enable high performers to deliver and motivate under-performers to improve.
7. Work well in a diverse team and enjoy a dynamic and changing environment.
8. Have an achievement and success-driven personality.
9. Have 4+ years of experience using a CRM tool (Dynamics, SalesForce, or other).

What's in it for you:
1. Full-time contract, 39 hours/week: Monday - Friday from 09:00 to 18:00.
2. Salary: 32,000 euros gross/year + 10,000 euros gross/year in bonus.
