THE ROLE
In this role you will work on:
• Lead regional operational and systems projects across multiple DCs in your area of responsibility.
• Drive system enhancements and integrations with global/regional Coty and 3PL IT teams.
• Own internal control frameworks and ensure compliance across sites.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and stock control protocols.
• Deliver performance reporting and insights.
• Champion continuous improvement and digital transformation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
We’d love to see candidates who have:
Essential:
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field, with > 3 year work experience in that area
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse geographies and cultures
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Digitally savvy and committed to driving Coty’s digital transformation journey
• Capable and willing to learn and teach about Warehousing, warehousing processes and Warehouse Management Systems.
• SAP knowledge at advanced user level
• Proven experience in leading regional or multi-site logistics/supply chain projects.
• Expertise in internal controls and compliance within a logistics or distribution environment
• High level of autonomy, rigor, and resilience.
• Rigor in the Execution
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and oral.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management skills, rigor in the Execution
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dynamic, results oriented and proactive person.

Travel Requirements:
• Up to 30% possible, for On-site project leadership, audits, stakeholder engagement. Short notice travel might be required in case of required issue resolution, e.g during start ups
