Coonerang Language School, a well-established and growing English academy in Arroyomolinos (Madrid), is seeking a native or bilingual English teacher with strong digital and academic skills to join our team as an E-learning Academic Coordinator with immediate incorporation .
This is a hybrid role that combines teaching with academic development responsibilities. We are looking for someone organised, proactive, and ambitious, who wants to take a step forward in their professional career and contribute to the development of our digital academic content.
What we offer :
Start date: Immediate
Contract type: Permanent ( fijo discontinuo )
Schedule: Afternoon teaching + morning academic hours
Hours: 40 hours per week (full-time)
Salary: €1,500 gross/month
Block teaching hours (no scattered timetable)
Small groups – maximum 8 students per class

Ongoing training, professional development and support from the Academic Director
Modern facilities, digital resources and an active e-learning environment
Teaching responsibilities :
Teach afternoon classes to young learners, teens and adults
Deliver lessons following a structured methodology
Maintain class organisation, academic consistency and learning outcomes
Participate in academic meetings and follow established processes
E-learning & academic responsibilities :
Creation and adaptation of digital materials for our LMS
Uploading, structuring and maintaining content on the e-learning platform
Recording and preparing teacher training videos
Designing rubrics, assessment criteria and academic guidelines
Supporting teacher onboarding and internal training
Quality control of academic materials and course structure
Collaboration with the Academic Director on content development
Requirements :
Native or C2-level English
Strong digital skills (LMS experience required)
Experience teaching young learners and teenagers
Experience in materials creation or instructional design (preferred)
CELTA, TEFL or relevant degree
Legal permission to work in Spain (EU passport or work permit)
Organised, detail-oriented and proactive work style
Ability to work with clear academic processes and deadlines
