Overview
Transformation Control & Results Analyst role at Vueling Airlines.
Job Purpose
The primary responsibility of the Transformation Control & Results Analyst is to provide project support and assist in the successful delivery of the Projects portfolio by coordinating the specific activities required, ensuring all the stakeholders are conveniently updated.
Main Responsibilities - Tasks
* Financial Management / Integration with Finance department: Key liaison and primary point of contact on all financial matters related to VY Transform.
* Collection of financial information to update the project's financial records, project plans.
* Development of business cases, scenario models and forecast methodologies.
* Deep understanding of all Transformation Initiative business cases.
* KPI and financial results projections and tracking.
* Oversight of CEO & Steering Group calendars: Organization of meetings.
* Tracks & reviews progress, and refines process.
* Understands and identifies initiative interdependencies to support decision making.
* Reporting to key stakeholder groups: Provides up-to-date financial position and forecasts to stakeholders including Vueling Financial Planning, Vueling MC, Vueling Board of Directors, IAG Transformation office, IAG MC, and IAG Board of Directors.
* Understands and reports on budgets, results performance and other financial data related to Vueling Transform. Consolidates and synthesizes data to provide summary reports for stakeholders.
* Management of spend and performance dashboards: Sets up and maintains a tool for all Project / Program documentation.
* Oversee Portfolio management system and ensure compliance of Transformation working team.
* Coordinates data collection from all PMO members.
* Supports the analysis of risks and maintains the Risk Log, as well as the Project change management process.
Main Relationships
* All Transformation office team mates, key stakeholders across Vueling and IAG: Project Sponsors (MC members) Business Leads and other Leadership within Vueling and IAG.
Education
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Finance or Accounting.
Experience
* Minimum of 2 years in similar position.
* Previous experience in PMO, Transformation or multi-functional experience.
* Experience in the airline industry is a plus.
