About HR Transformation & Technology at KPMG Spain : This global practice comprises over 1,500 professionals specializing in organizational transformation from a people-centric perspective. We have a Global Center of Excellence that develops innovative methodologies and approaches for our clients. In a dynamic market, our professionals must be adaptable and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. We seek motivated, skilled individuals with experience in delivering people programs, including client engagements supporting large-scale global transformation programs in areas such as :
* HR Strategy : Define HR strategies to deliver business value, enhance reputation, and minimize risks with stakeholders and government. Lead and manage HR strategic transformation programs, driving performance and value through workforce insights and HR reporting.
* HR Transformation : Define HR Target Operating Models, including processes, policies, technology, service delivery, and procedures aligned with best practices and trends, and develop business cases.
* HR Technology : Explore solutions, design project plans, and implement systems to ensure effective process transformation and deployment of new models.
Key responsibilities include :
* Participating in SuccessFactors system implementation projects.
* Collaborating with clients to understand needs and providing strategic human capital management solutions.
* Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
* Maintaining adherence to best practices and ensuring high-quality standards throughout project lifecycles.
Qualifications required :
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
* 1-2 years of consulting experience in HR Technology project implementations or support services.
* Experience implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central.
