¡We are looking for an experienced Talent Management Specialist to join our Human Resources team and be part of the company’s growth!
The purpose of this role is to coordinate implementation of the Talent Management programmes, processes and tools within assigned country. The role will focus on delivery of project and change management as well as communication of the Talent Management initiatives within the Talent Management team, HR and wider business. The talent management areas in which this position provides country level support includes, but is not limited to, training and development, performance management, talent review, succession planning, employee engagement and internal communication. The incumbent of this role will also be responsible for completing all administrative actions supporting delivery of the Talent Management initiatives, as to deliver / facilitate training initiatives within assigned country.
What are we looking for?
* Develop and implement internal communication strategies to effectively engage employees and promote company culture.
* Design and execute training programs tailored to the needs of our local teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training needs and identify areas for improvement.
* Utilize digital platforms and tools to deliver training sessions and track employee progress.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to drive continuous improvement.
* Act as a liaison between HR, management, and employees to address training and development needs.
* Contribute to the development and execution of talent management initiatives, including succession planning and performance management.
* Communication of the TM initiatives to the key stakeholders in assigned country.
* Administration tasks.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a talent management role.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication within our global organization.
* Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday (preferred).
* Experience developing and executing training plans.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
* Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives forward.
