Savills, one of the most prestigious international Real Estate Consultancy Firms, wants to hire a Residential Lettings Coordinator to become part of the Residential Sales department based in Barcelona office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the lettings team to achieve financial and operational targets.
* Oversee property listings, valuations, and tenancy agreements in line with Spanish regulations.
* Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand the lettings portfolio.
* Monitor market trends and rental pricing to maintain competitive positioning.
* Ensure high service standards, compliance, and efficient property management processes.
* Proven leadership experience in residential lettings or real estate management.
* Strong knowledge of Barcelona's rental market and Spanish tenancy law.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
* Fluent in English and Spanish; Catalan preferred.
