Nombre total de postes: 1- Région: Espagne- Ville: Valladolid- Référence: LID-P-TCESP-47We are looking for an **Area Sales Manager Iberia H/F** for our client, an open pooling provider for standardized load carriers.**Poste**:**Administrative Support**:- Independent procurement with successful acquisition and establishment of new clients in the fields of industry, trade and transport- Independent and unassisted creation of price calculations as well as proposals, business letters and presentations- Dealmaking-oriented conduction of price and contract negotiations- Close and cooperative work with the operational International office- Independent and economical organization of overnight trips- articipation in trade fairs/exhibitions/congresses as required- Compilation of visit reports as well as the preparation and presentation of monthly sales figures in English**Organizational Support**:- Responsibility for the attainment of agreed sales, revenue and earnings targets- Potential expansion and professional support of existing business contacts- Monitoring of client accounts and activities with the aim of timely loss prevention and seizing opportunities- Joint responsibility for planning of and adhering to budget- Intensive market monitoring in regards to clients, competitors, threats and opportunities**Continuous Improvement**:- Establishment and development of individual, client-specific solutions- Induction/support of new colleagues (M/F) in external sales**Profil**:**Education**:- Business education/studies with emphasis on logistics or similar qualification**Experience**:- Multiple years of experience in external sales with demonstrable success, particularly in client acquisition**Language**:- Good written and spoken English is essential and Spanish native speaker**Knowledge of**:- Expertise in logistics or services and processes that require an explanation- Knowledge of Spanish business and Portuguese- Valid Class B Driver’s License**Skills**:- Strong independence with enthusiasm and passion for external sales- Demonstrable success in the skill of recognizing potential new clients to acquire and successfully implementing acquisition strategy- Strong client loyalty and the expansion of possible potential clients- Extrovert with a respectable appearance and a positive, trustworthy presence- Confident communication and presentation skills- Prepared to take overnight trips (up to 3 days p. w.)- Decisive, assertive, goal-oriented and a confident dealmaker- Professional client and service orientation with entrepreneurial skills- Fast and excellent comprehension, especially of complex issues and dialogue- Structured work methods, organised, adaptable and diligent- Loyal and resilient with strong self-motivation and self-discipline- Adequate home office centrally located within the sales area
