About the Role
We are currently looking for a Freight, Bill, Audit & Payment Supervisor (FBA Supervisor) to join our team.
This role is responsible for providing accurate financial and management reporting, including freight, billing, audit, and payment data analysis. As FBA Supervisor, you'll enhance DHL's commercial position by adding value, identifying and managing risks, and delivering on all contractual obligations.
Key responsibilities
* Act as the finance lead for the Airbus account, presenting financial data to the customer during regular reviews.
* Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and month-end closing activities.
* Ensure process controls are in place to maintain balance sheet accuracy and manage working capital.
* Drive process improvements and efficiency across FBA-related operations.
* Serve as a business partner to operational and contract teams, providing financial insight and support.
* Lead a small team, ensuring service levels and KPIs are met through strong leadership and a continuous improvement mindset.
* Maintain compliance with statutory and DHL policies, ensuring transparency and segregation of duties.
* Monitor operational and transport costs provided to the customer on an open book basis.
* Challenge and drive improvements to EBIT & EAC performance.
* Build and develop strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
* Experience in people management
* Fluent in English (spoken and written)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication abilities across all levels of the business
* Proven ability to build relationships beyond the finance function
* Previous experience in business partnering
* Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
