What will you get to do in this Mid-Market Benelux Account Executive role?
As an Account Executive at HubSpot, you will use inbound selling strategies to find new business and help clients grow using HubSpot software. You will benefit from inbound leads and partner with Business Development Reps to research prospects and create outreach strategies. You will run online demos of the HubSpot software and successfully sell the HubSpot value proposition. Your target clients will mostly be small and mid-sized businesses. This position is based out of your home office, working in an inside sales model, and is a full closing role.
We are actively hiring for a Senior Level Mid-Market Account Executive; candidates can be office-based, flex, or remote in the Republic of Ireland, based on individual preference.
In this role, you will get to:
1. Quickly identify challenges faced by prospective customers and discover the best inbound marketing solutions for their business.
2. Consistently close new business at or above quota level.
3. Nurture relationships with highly qualified opportunities at small and mid-sized companies.
4. Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
5. Collaborate with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to evolve our sales strategy when new features and products are introduced.
6. Contribute to shaping the future of HubSpot's mission with your perspectives, ideas, and skills.
Minimum requirements include:
* At least 3 years of closing sales experience.
* Fluency in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
* Exceptional consultative selling and closing skills.
* Accurate forecasting and pipeline management abilities.
* A proven track record of high performance (e.g., exceeding quota, President's Club).
* A strong focus on goals and effective strategies for achievement.
