RESPONSIBILITIES
FOR THIS POSITION WILL INCLUDE:
1. Coordinate and supervise the area (national and international projects), including technical, financial, and administrative support tasks, for the submission of proposals and justification of projects funded through competitive national and international calls.
2. Participate in the search for funding for research activities, including establishing partnerships and identifying new funding opportunities at national and international level.
3. Advise researchers in the preparation of R&D project proposals with public or private funding, acting as a liaison with funding entities.
4. Participate in the representation and promotion of the Center in forums.
5. Coordinate with the “Knowledge Technology Transfer” and “Communication and Open Science” areas to build up the Science and Impact unit.
6. Coordinate with HR the hiring and training of research staff in administrative and financial matters.
7. Coordinate the management of institutional projects (national and international), their implementation and follow-up.
REQUIREMENTS:
8. University degree in scientific fields such as Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or similar.
9. PhD and/or postdoctoral experience in scientific areas such as biology, genetics, biotechnology, biochemistry or similarwill be positively evaluated.
10. Master in science and innovation management will be a plus.
11. At least 5 years of experience in a similar unit working in a similar position in a research institution.
12. Experience leading team / middle management.
13. Full command in English and Spanish. Catalan desirable.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
19. Full-time, Permanent position.
20. Remuneration: depending on the experience and qualifications provided and framed within the salary structure of CRAG.
21. Planned date of incorporation: September – October 2025
