Accountabilities
* Define and own the end‑to‑end product marketing strategy, including segmentation, positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market planning
* Lead and align cross‑functional teams across user acquisition, CRM, creative, analytics, and product to execute growth initiatives
* Optimize the full customer journey, from acquisition and onboarding to activation, retention, and monetization with a focus on lifetime value
* Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities, generate insights, and develop actionable growth hypotheses
* Design, execute, and analyze experiments (A/B testing, CRO) to continuously improve performance across the funnel
* Track, measure, and report on key business metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, and engagement indicators
Requirements
* 5–7+ years of experience in senior product marketing, growth, or marketing leadership roles within B2C digital products
* Proven ability to drive measurable impact on key business metrics including revenue, conversion, retention, and LTV
* Strong expertise in segmentation, positioning, and messaging frameworks
* Solid understanding of performance marketing channels such as Google, Meta, and TikTok, along with funnel optimization techniques
* Experience with experimentation methodologies including A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate effectively in cross‑functional, matrixed environments
* Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data‑driven decision‑making
