We are seeking an experiencedDocument Controller to join our team.
This role will see you working at our head office, located in Applecross on a fulltime basis.

Your Responsibilities: The Document Controller is required to distribute, track, record, monitor, and control documents under transmittal (internal and external), including all technical documentation and drawings and physical documentation and drawings for the project environment.
Process document work requests promptly per Kerman's Corporate and Project Document Control Procedures.Maintenance of Kerman documents on SharePoint.Receive document transmittals from Clients and Vendors.Issue documents under transmittals (internally and externally).Maintain and update project folders to ensure the Project Teams can access current documents and drawings.Record and file documents electronically.Maintain the project Suppliers Document Deliverables List (SDDL).Assist with the control of the document review cycle.Assist Project Managers and internal staff with document control-related issues as required.Generate monthly, fortnightly, and weekly document status reports for internal use as required.Archive documents as per Kerman's retention schedule.
