In this role you drive growth for Booking.com BV by forging partnerships with large enterprise partners across the region. You will build strategic relationships, explore scalable collaboration opportunities, and deliver practical solutions that drive ROI for guests, partners, and the business. You’ll combine market insight with cross-functional collaboration to shape commercial and product innovations. • Identify and prioritize partnership opportunities with websites and mobile platforms for significant business impact
• Negotiate and execute commercial agreements aligned with Booking.com BV strategy
• Provide analytics and implement growth-focused initiatives balancing short-, medium-, and long-term goals
• Monitor market and vertical development in the regional market and report findings
• Develop strategic relationships to drive brand, loyalty, and revenue, offering innovative solutions and ROI
• Lead partnership management at all levels, including external executives and internal stakeholders
• Communicate status, deadlines, and risks proactively to ensure quality execution and product integration
Responsabilidades
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in travel, e-commerce, SaaS, or business travel environments
• Track record in international contexts and familiarity with EMEA travel markets
• Fluent in Spanish, with German or French highly valued
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Self-directed, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team
• Bachelor in Business or related field
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
