We are an international company operating in the energy sector and we are seeking a Treasury Manager to join our team.
What will you help with?
* Implement and monitor compliance programs (AML, Governance, Codes of Conduct, Data Protection (GDPR), etc.).
* Implement the Compliance and Crime Prevention Management Manual and the Risk Management Model.
* Analyze operations for potential risks and suspicious activities.
* Draft and review policies, procedures, and remediation plans.
* Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
* Identify and assess business risks.
* Perform audits and generate reports to improve risk and security systems.
* Support regulatory updates and due diligence processes.
* Oversee and support compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR), including coordination of privacy-related controls and risk assessments.
Who you are?
* Degree in Law and specialization in Compliance.
* At least 5 years of relevant experience.
* Knowledge of regulations in the financial sector (AML, GDPR, etc.).
* Proficiency in English and Excel.
* Knowledge of financial markets and risk management systems.
