Role Overview
We are looking for a Service Manager to join our team and help us deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.
What you will do
* Customer Satisfaction and Service Customer Relationship: (customer voice management, Service Value Demonstration)
* Delivery & Maintenance Assurance: Ensure successful project delivery and maintain network stability through risk management and strategy implementation.
* Service Solutions & Sales: Identify customer pain points, develop competitive service solutions, and manage bidding to drive business growth.
* Partner Capability Management: Guide partner investment, evaluate capabilities, address gaps, and ensure consistent service quality.
What you are like
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
* 8+ years of experience in the ICT industry.
* At least 5 years in customer service management, delivery & maintenance assurance.
* Experience in service sales for enterprise or carrier networks.
* Proven track record managing service solutions for major projects.
* Experience in service bidding and sales strategy development.
* Fluent English (mandatory) to communicate with local customers and HQ teams.
