Licensed Insurance Producer: Brightway Insurance - St. Johns, FL | In-Office
Brightway Insurance in St. Johns, FL is hiring a licensed Florida insurance producer who is confident building relationships, developing referral partners, and thriving in a positive, team-oriented office culture.
This is not a “wait for leads” sales role. You will receive agency support and leads, but long-term success here comes from your ability to create and nurture referral relationships in the community.

License Requirement (Required at Time of Application)
Florida licenses: 2-20, 20-44 or 4-40
What You’ll Do
* Quote and sell personal lines insurance (Auto, Home, Flood, Umbrella, RV, Motorcycles, etc.)
* Develop and maintain referral partner relationships
* Work cross-sell, win-back, web, and referral leads provided by the agency
* Use a consultative sales approach to properly protect clients
* Maintain strong follow-up and professional communication
* Contribute to an open, collaborative office environment
* Assist with light Facebook/Instagram engagement for the agency
What We’re Looking For
* Comfortable meeting new people and building professional relationships
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Positive, professional, team-oriented personality
* Self-motivated, coachable, and organized
* Tech savvy and quick to learn systems
Compensation
* W2 position | Base salary + commission + bonus
* Base Salary: $30-35K+ (salary will determined based upon experience)
* Average 1st year OTE including salary and commission: $55K-70K+
