Your Role
We are looking for a TECH LEAD for one of ASSET MANAGEMENT products, a key team in our technology ecosystem. The position is based in BOADILLA DEL MONTE (Madrid) with at least 10 years of experience in large, complex, business-driven projects, leading interactions with business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Lead the definition of the product architecture, collaborating with the business product owner to define scope, approach, and translate features into technical requirements.
* Make technology decisions around the product, including buy vs. build, system connectivity, security and compliance, and cloud strategy.
* Orchestrate delivery of features and day-to-day activities, leading a large group of developers and dependencies within the bank.
* Manage trade-offs between change and run (incidents, maintenance, security) to ensure priorities are established.
* Coordinate with platform and data leads to create synergies with other products and the bank.
What You’ll Bring
You should enjoy technology and continuous learning, with an interest in understanding the risks faced by the Bank and a drive to develop both technical and soft skills.
* University Degree with focus on technical engineering and/or software.
* +10 years’ experience in large, complex organizations, leading interaction with business stakeholders.
* +5 years’ experience managing technology teams in software development and architecture projects.
* Ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders to scope, define, and deliver banking products.
* Ability to describe product benefits in technical terms to help demand support for technical solutions.
* Understanding of functional needs of businesses, including asset management.
* Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams (Technology, Business, CDO, CTO, CISO, DPO, etc.) to perform requirements and adoption planning for the Asset Management Platform.
* Ability to collaborate with reference architects to build end-to-end solutions and guide reference and technical strategies.
* Experience with suppliers to deploy and integrate Asset Management solutions.
* Ability to define success criteria and KPIs for product adoption.
