Mission
You’ll take full ownership of our multi-million-euro paid media operation, managing eight-figure annual budgets across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Your north star : profitable, compounding acquisition that drives sustainable ARR growth. You won’t just manage ads, you’ll architect the system that makes them scale.
Key Responsibilities
Own the global paid acquisition engine: strategy, structure, execution, and reporting across all platforms.
Manage and scale €300K–€600K+ monthly ad spend, optimizing for ROAS, CAC, retention, and payback periods.
Build and iterate creative testing frameworks (reveal → build-up → value → CTA) with our internal creative studio.
Partner with Product Growth & Engineering to close the attribution loop via Conversion API, MMPs, and server-side tracking.
Architect international growth funnels integrating paid, owned, and referral layers.
Lead experimentation sprints on audiences, funnels, and geos — structured, documented, and outcome-oriented.
Collaborate with the CEO and Head of Growth to forecast monthly spend vs. profit elasticity
Mentor junior media specialists, ensuring a unified methodology across all accounts.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years running high-budget performance campaigns (€300K+ / month)
in global B2C SaaS or consumer apps.
Proven record of scaling Meta Ads and Google Ads with ROAS consistently >

Expertise in creative iteration, funnel psychology, and data-driven optimization.
Deep command of analytics and attribution systems (GA4, CAPI, SKAN, MMPs, Looker / Data Studio).
Comfort operating in hyper-growth environments with aggressive KPIs and fast iteration cycles.
Mentality : analytical, resourceful, unemotional under pressure.
Bonus : experience in AI, WhatsApp automation, or conversational commerce
