* Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
* Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately

* Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant

* Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, wine pairings, and local specialties

Qualifications

* Strong communication abilities in both Spanish and English
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Keen attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
* Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays
* Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and bill calculations
* Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques
* Familiarity with wine and cocktail basics
* Previous experience in food service or hospitality (preferred)
* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
* Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) or willingness to obtain
* Knowledge of local cuisine and dining customs in Sotogrande and the surrounding region
* Ability to maintain composure and provide excellent service in a high-pressure environment
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tables simultaneously
