DESCRIPTION

We are hiring a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and strategic Marketing Specialist to join Transversal Marketing team for a TOP University, supporting all Undergraduate Programs. This role is well-suited for a candidate with a strong passion for education, excellent communication and project management abilities, and the capacity to perform in a dynamic, international environment.

As a key member of the transversal team, the Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies and materials that enhance the positioning, visibility, and commercial success of full undergraduate program portfolio across all academic disciplines.

Responsibilities:

Content & Campaign Development

- Create compelling, high-quality marketing content (copy, visuals, video briefs) across multiple platforms (web, email, brochures, presentations, social media, etc.).
- Coordinate the development of commercial materials to support the Commercial Team globally.
- Ensure consistent tone, messaging, and brand alignment across all undergraduate programs.

Social Media & Digital Strategy

- Work alongside our social media and digital teams to generate ideas, support paid campaigns, and create content that resonates with Gen Z and Gen Alpha audiences.
- Monitor and measure the performance of campaigns, reporting insights and areas for optimization.

Collaboration & Project Management

- Collaborate with the Admissions, Academic, Design, and Brand teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaigns.
- Work with external agencies and media partners produce assets and launch initiatives that meet campaign goals.
- Maintain and update internal content repositories and commercial toolkits for all undergraduate programs.

Strategic Thinking & Research

- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to benchmark positioning and messaging.
- Help define and refine target audience profiles, ensuring campaigns are relevant and effective.
- Support transversal campaigns across programs and regions, ensuring alignment with broader institutional goals.

REQUIREMENTS

Key Qualifications

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in education, digital, or brand marketing.
- Strong communication, writing and storytelling skills, with experience creating content for different channels and audiences.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Knowledge of social media trends, particularly with Gen Z and student audiences.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
