P The b Customer Account Manager /b is responsible for acquiring new battery/electrolyte customers and managing the commercial relationship as the primary customer contact. This role drives business development, captures customer requirements, and ensures alignment between customer expectations and internal capabilities, and works closely with the RD, quality and production departments for successful project design. /p pb Main areas of responsibility and tasks: /b /p pb Stakeholder Management /b /pulli Serve as the primary liaison between the company and customers/partners. /lili Facilitate clear communication and collaboration among all stakeholders. /lili Keep stakeholders informed of project status, risks, and issues. /lili Provide technical guidance to project teams. PhD battery related topic is a plus /li /ulpb Additional trainings /b /pulli Training or certification in Project Management or related fields. /li /ulpb Experience /b /pulli Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer relationship and/or project management positions, preferably in the Automotive or battery cell manufacturing industry. /lili Essential to have previous experience in the understanding of battery cell development and requirements (Li-ion batteries or next generation batteries) for automotive and non-automotive applications. /li /ul pb Languages /b /pulli Fluent in English; other European languages are advantageous. /li /ul
