Business Development Support – International Division
We are looking to expand our International Division by adding a Business Development Support professional who will work closely with one of our Business Developers to execute operational and support activities.

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate in the preparation and response to proposals by coordinating with:
* Human Resources for identifying and validating profiles.
* Finance for calculating rates and terms.
* International teams across the group to coordinate information and joint activities.
* Assist the Business Manager in the development and presentation of commercial proposals.
* Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on agreed actions.
* Organize documentation and maintain operational tracking of ongoing activities.
* Provide support in HR activities, such as participating in Career Talks for consultants.
* Act as a point of contact for minor inquiries from unit consultants.
Requirements:
* University degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
* Strong communication skills and a keen interest in developing a career in a commercial and HR-oriented environment.
* No prior experience required: initial 6-month internship contract offered.
* Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills in international settings.
* Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is essential;
additional languages (German, etc.) are a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
* Previous experience in cold calling or recruitment is a plus.
* Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
