**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute global platform strategies that directly contribute to revenue growth, market expansion, and competitive positioning
- Drive regional and vertical-specific growth initiatives that result in increased market share and accelerated business performance
- Lead monetization programs that deliver new revenue streams and improve platform profitability
- Partner with cross-regional stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives, achieving performance targets and improving operational KPIs
- Align cross-functional teams to streamline execution, reduce time-to-market, and enhance platform scalability
- Deliver platform innovations that measurably improve customer satisfaction, retention, and conversion rates

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in platform strategy, business development, or product management within a global technology
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures and geographies
- Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional initiatives and leading through influence
- Experience with customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and go-to-market execution
- Familiarity with platform ecosystems, APIs, and partner integrations is a plus
