About the role:
As an Account Executive at HQRS, you’ll be at the heart of our growth strategy. Your role will be pivotal in educating potential clients on how our solutions can revolutionize their businesses, driving deal closures, and expanding our market share. Modern rental businesses are looking to step into the 21st century, and you will be their catalyst for growth. With a primarily inbound sales model powered by our robust online marketing, you'll have abundant opportunities to upsell and maximize customer lifetime value.
Your success will hinge on your ability to identify market opportunities, craft compelling value propositions, and deliver impactful presentations that resonate with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Nurture Leads: Engage and convert prospective customers, guiding them through the sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
* Conduct Product Demonstrations: Showcase how HQRS can address customer pain points through solution-based selling.
* Be the Brand Ambassador: Serve as the primary liaison between prospects and the company, embodying our core values of integrity, innovation, and customer focus.
* Feedback for Innovation: Provide valuable insights to our development team to continuously enhance our product offering.
* Organize & Execute: Maintain an organized CRM system and manage your daily workflow efficiently.
* Set & Achieve Targets: Establish and hit both short-term and long-term sales goals, driving the success of our sales department.
Qualifications:
* Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of inside sales experience, preferably in SaaS or tech.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional communicator with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of conveying complex ideas simply.
* Performance Driven: Proven track record in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a proactive approach and top-tier performance.
* Tech-Savvy: Passionate about software solutions and how they can revolutionize businesses.
* Language Skills: Fluent in English (Native or C2-level proficiency).
* SaaS Sales Experience: Previous experience in Internet or SaaS sales is a strong advantage but not required.
* Growth-Oriented: Enthusiastic about personal development and contributing to a dynamic, collaborative team culture.
