Responsibilities
* Read and interpret assembly instructions, technical drawings and schematics.
* Prepare and assemble components to create finished products.
* Operate machinery and equipment used in the assembly process.
* Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
* Identify and report any issues or defects in the production process.
* Maintain productivity, quality, safety and delivery standards.
Qualifications & Competencies
* Experience: Assembly, testing and operating machinery in manufacturing.
* Skill: Mechanical abilities and a high level of precision.
* Competency: Read and interpret technical drawings and instructions; general reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
* Competency: Detail‑oriented and able to maintain a high level of precision and accuracy.
* Action oriented: Enjoys working hard; action oriented and full of energy for challenging tasks; not fearful of acting with a minimum of planning; seizes opportunities when they arise.
* Collaborative Team Player: Intentional about seeking input and including others when making decisions; humility, self‑awareness, vulnerability, willingness to reflect critically on opportunities for self‑improvement; interpersonal influence; listens, masters productive conflict, works across functions and BU boundaries; trustworthy, builds trusting relationships by being transparent and acting with integrity.
