Role Summary: The Director, Client Success leads client delivery and operational excellence across assigned projects and teams. This role focuses on ensuring timely, high-quality client fulfillment (70%), managing and coaching team members (15%), and optimizing processes for scale (15%). The Director acts as a senior escalation point for clients and partners closely with other departments to ensure a consistent, reliable experience from project initiation through completion.
Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery & Fulfillment (70%)
– Oversee day-to-day execution of client projects to ensure on-time, high-quality results.
– Anticipate and resolve delivery risks or escalations.
– Collaborate with Product, 3D, and Finance teams to align priorities and timelines.
Leadership & Management (15%)
– Manage and mentor Client Success Managers, ensuring alignment with delivery goals and client expectations.
– Conduct regular team check-ins and performance reviews.
– Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
Process Optimization (15%)
– Identify delivery inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvements.
– Standardize workflows and documentation to ensure scalable operations.
– Partner with the Head of Client Success to develop best practices.
Required Qualifications
– 6+ years in client delivery, project management, or operations roles.
– Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
– Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
– Proficiency with CRM and project management tools.
