Coordinate and implement projects outlined in Persán's Product Plan, ensuring milestones are met timely and properly.Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, Packaging, Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Quality, etc.) to ensure smooth coordination.Monitor project progress and adjust plans to stay on schedule and within budget.Manage risks and resolve issues impacting timelines or deliverables.Communicate effectively with internal teams and senior management.Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.Report on project performance, including post-launch analysis and lessons learned.Minimum Requirements:
Technical Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in similar roles within consumer goods manufacturing or retail/distribution sectors.Experience in project management and strategic analysis.Willingness to undertake frequent international travel.Soft Skills:
Analytical mindset with affinity for figures.Planning and organizational skills to coordinate project needs across departments.Leadership qualities as a reference point for colleagues and clients.Drive, proactivity, perseverance, and effective communication.Results-oriented focus on achieving objectives and impactful outcomes.Tools:
