We are looking for a Brand manager to join our Marketing team. This role is strategic, execution-focused, and market-oriented, responsible for translating global brand strategy into impactful local execution in close collaboration with centralized expert teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Stewardship & Local Relevance
Adapt global brand strategy to local market needs
Ensure brand consistency and local relevance
Consumer & Customer Centricity
Develop local consumers, customers, and channel insights
Identify market-specific growth opportunities
Execution Excellence
Lead best‑in‑class execution of global and regional plans
Ensure excellence at point of sale and commercial execution
Channel & Customer Planning
Develop and execute channel and key customer plans
Drive execution across channels
Budget & Performance
Manage A&CP budget and track ROI
Provide pricing recommendations
Owned & Earned Media
Lead locally relevant PR, influencer, and education initiatives
Amplify global campaigns through local channels
People & Collaboration
Collaborate with Sales and central expert teams
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or similar
Experience in brand marketing xpzdshu with strong execution focus
Analytical, commercial, and results-oriented mindset
Strong collaboration and leadership skills
Fluent in English, Spanish and Italian
