Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented Intern to support our Key Account Manager and Retail Managers in Madrid. The adecuado candidate is fluent in Spanish and Chinese, highly organized, capable of multitasking, and eager to gain hands-on, on-site experience in sales operations, retail management, and account coordination within an international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Account & Retail Support
- Assist the Key Account Manager and Retail Managers in daily operational and administrative tasks
- Support communication between internal departments and retail partners
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation
Purchase Order & Payment Handling
- Manage and track Purchase Orders (POs)
- Monitor payment status and follow up with finance and clients when necessary
- Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with internal processes
Internal Process Coordination
- Support internal approval workflows and operational procedures
- Coordinate with finance, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain organized records of contracts, orders, and project documentation
Sales & Retail Data Analysis
- Assist in analyzing retailer performance data, including sell-in, sell-out, and stock levels
- Monitor inventory status and identify potential risks or opportunities
- Prepare structured reports and provide clear feedback to the Key Account Manager and Retail Managers
Project Follow-up
- Track project timelines and key milestones
- Follow up proactively with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
- Provide timely and accurate updates to managers
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and Chinese (written and spoken)
- English is a plus
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, International Trade, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and good command of Excel
- Proactive, responsible, careful, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, on-site environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
