We are looking for a SEO / Paid Media Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO to drive large-scale digital campaigns.
What you'll do
* Manage and optimize Paid Media campaigns (+€50K monthly budgets).
* Boost organic traffic through SEO strategies (On-page & Off-page).
* Analyze KPIs and deliver data-driven performance improvements.
* Collaborate with creative & content teams on integrated marketing projects.
* Lead audience targeting, remarketing, and campaign testing.
What we're looking for
* 2+ years in Paid Media & SEO (fintech / e-commerce a plus).
* Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
* Proven track record managing large budgets.
* Analytical mindset + results-driven.
* Bonus: design skills, email marketing, CRM tools.
