The OpportunityRole: Area Sales Manager – País Vasco, La Rioja, Cantabria to join Yoann's team in Spain. This role offers the opportunity to:

Drive market expansion in Spain.

Develop professionally in a modern, purpose‐driven organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesAttend and develop contacts and sales in the Valencia Community. All councils should be visited or contacted (at least lead contact). Work on tender submissions to ensure FL is included; explain the technical aspects to council and external technical teams during tender preparation. Organise and attend events in the dedicated area, factory visits, etc.

Business Development (80%)

Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Generate and qualify leads.

Organise visits and conduct meetings with key decision‐makers.

Prepare and negotiate proposals.

Prepare tenders.

Secure contracts to meet revenue targets.

Send maximum information to the technical department to enable studies.

Create and maintain a database of installers and engineers, and keep in contact to develop brand and sales in the area.

Market Presence (20%)

Represent Fonroche at industry events and trade fairs.

Organise and participate in networking events.

Build relationships with key influencers.

Enhance the company's reputation in Spain.

Additional Responsibilities

Manage and grow existing client relationships.

Handle account operations, including customer service and forecasting.

Coordinate with headquarters for product ordering and service delivery.

Represent the company at industry events.

What You Can Bring To Us

Bachelor's degree.

3‐4 years of relevant experience.

Experience in B2G/B2B sales for industrial products.

Experience managing sales agent networks.

Spanish, and English or French conversational proficiency.

Willingness to travel regularly within your assigned region.
