Main tasks:
- Update the hotel bulletin boards with the latest news improving the internal communication of the company
- Keep daily track of the hotel canteen employee diners, updating the list of employees according to the day and department.
- Monthly send the report to the finance department
- Prepare welcome folders for new employees and trainees Assist in the welcome of our new employees and trainees
- Assist in the follow-up with the documentation of new employees and trainees Assist in the assembly of training rooms according to the type of training to be carried out
- Answer the phone according to the telephone etiquette
- Reply emails according to the companys standards
- Solve students doubts and concerns anticipating their needs
- Solve employees and trainees incidents Follow up on Health and Safety summaries (Risk management)
- Control and follow up of birthday greetings for the different departments
- Update our internal communication document monthly according to our pillars, guiding principles and relevant employee information
- Assist in the control of employees lockers
- Prepare the necessary documentation and certificates of trainees completion before they finish their internship
- Assist L&D; Director in preparing the material for trainings and introducing quality data into the system
- Assist P&C; Coordinator and P&C; Manager in the recruitment and selection tasks
- Assist Director of People and Culture in all the projects that could be running at that time
Languages:
- Spanish: native or full competence
- English: advanced
- Other language will be a plus
Requirements:
- 6 months of internship - non remote
- full time position (40h a week, 8 hours a day with 2 days off)
- to have an internship agreement with a school or university
- advance knowledge of computing programs
- advance knowledge of the Hospitality Industry & Human Resources Management
